Specializes in clinical informatics, Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR implementation and optimization, interoperability, and healthcare program management, including support to Department of War healthcare initiatives.

Senior operations executive who led enterprise operations for 300+ personnel and more than $500M in assets across 36+ locations, and advised leadership of organizations exceeding 200,000 personnel. Later directed regional business operations with full P&L ownership of a multi-million-dollar service portfolio.
